To submit your electronic message request, please simply complete the online form below or Email your request to the Sign Ministry Team, Tim Mangum and Martha Johnson at dcbctmmj@yahoo.com.  Please submit all requests NLT Wednesday of each week in order to be applied to the sign for the upcoming week.  The Sign Ministry Team will review and approve or recommend changes, if necessary.  The following information needs to be included in your request:

• Content of your message
• Start date of your message
• End date of your message
• Name, contact information of requester, the Team/Ministry Leader you represent, if applicable

Image formats accepted; BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, PNG (recommended)

Video formats accepted; AVI, MOV, MPG, WMV, MP4 (recommended)
